Dairy free? Fun day at the beach? wanting an ice cream? No problem! This dairy free nicecream takes only a couple minutes to make and then you get to enjoy straight away or pop into the freezer for another day (or to serve later in the day).
This recipe is Gluten free, Dairy free, Paleo, Refined sugar free, Vegan, Raw
1 packet of frozen strawberries (always go organic)
1 can of coconut cream, placed in the freezer overnight (also organic and preservative free)
(optional: 2 tbsp rice malt syrup)
1. In a food processor add in the strawberries and process, as the machine is running add in the cold coconut cream and half the liquid.
2. process until desired constancy adding in more of the coconut cream liquid to make the nice cream smoother.
3. Enjoy straight away or pour the nice-cream mixture into a cake pan or into ice block moulds and freeze to harden for a later time.
