This recipe takes no more than 5 mins to make and will keep you full and satisfied all morning long!
Recipe is: Gluten free, Grain free, Dairy free, Sugar free, High protein, optional Vegan
I N G R E D I E N T S
1/4 cup organic frozen berries
1/2 frozen banana
1 large serving of Organic Pea Protein (I LOVE The Healthy Chef Vanilla Organic Pea Protein*)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/5 cups of almond milk (preferably homemade)
1 tsp bee pollen (optional but scrumptious)
M E T H O D
1. Add all ingredients into a high powdered blender.
2. Blend and enjoy
