Crystal – from the blog Honestly Crystal and I whipped this quick and easy smoothie before work on morning! What I love about this smoothie is how quick and easy it was to make. All nutrient dense ingredients to support energy levels throughout the day!
If you are short on time, simply blend all the ingredients and enjoy as a stand alone smoothie.
This recipe is Gluten free, Dairy free, Soy free, Refined sugar free, Vegan and Vegetarian.
I N G R E D I E N T S
1 cup almond mylk
1 frozen banana
1/4 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon nut butter
1 serve of organic pea protein powder – vanilla (I use The Healthy Chef Protein Powder)
1 teaspoon organic cinnamon powder
to serve: handful of muesli, chipped coconut, mixed berries, cacao nibs, goji berries & mixed nuts or seeds.
M E T H O D
1. Place all the ingredients into a high powdered blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Serve in your favourite bowl and top with your delicious toppings.
4. Enjoy straight away.
