This recipe also is a perfect recipe to go – simply layer the ingredients into a glass jar and nibble it on your way to work! There are no excuses to skip breakfast 😉
Both Papaya and Kiwi naturally contain digestive enzymes! Papaya is rich in Papain while Kiwi is rich in the enzyme Actinidin , this has been found to support protein digestion which means its a perfect accompaniment to yoghurt, nuts and well any meal!

1/4 cup coconut yoghurt (or yoghurt of choice)
1 cup (or equivalent) of ripe papaya, skin removed and sliced
1 kiwi fruit, sliced, skin removed is optional
a sprinkle of chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds, buckwheat
bee pollen to garnish (optional)
M E T H O D
1. Layer the ingredients in bowl or glass jar.
2. Enjoy when hungry!
