I N G R E D I E N T S
1 cup of almond Mylk (or milk or choice)
1 ripe banana, frozen or fresh
1/4 – 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp Maca powder
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 serve organic pea protein
1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon of Dandelion coffee (sugar-free)
M E T H O D
1. Place all ingredients into a high performance blender and blend until smooth
– you can also make the dandelion coffee beforehand and add as a liquid
– dandelion root tea will also work here
